Storm of ‘28 Coalition
The hurricane of 1928 changed South Florida forever. Approximately 3,000 people died, many of them poor African Americans. Come learn from Dorothy and Robert Hazard as they talk about their mission for the Storm of ‘28 Memorial Park Coalition, the history that led them to this memorial, and the progress they have made.
