Libraries with Heart Lunch & Learn
Libraries with Heart is helping patrons monitor blood pressure at home through kits they can check out directly from the Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach! Join us for a Lunch & Learn with an HCA physician, who will teach us “Blood pressure 101” what it is, what’s normal, and how to manage it. You’ll walk away from this session with a strong understanding of how blood pressure impacts your health, and simple ways explain it to friends and family.
