Yoga for Tweens

For tweens ages 9-12. Join Ms. Danielle to explore yoga and mindfulness in a supportive community setting! These weekly yoga sessions will focus on confidence building, calming, and relaxing techniques as well as strength and stretching. All are welcome to join in a noncompetitive, supportive environment. Perfect for new students as well as those who have taken yoga classes before. Space is limited, and in-person sign-up begins in KidSpace at 5:15 PM.
